A.Celli Doctor Rewinder guarantees a rapid and effective removal of any defect in the reels and enhances productivity of the entire line. The machine reprocesses the reels arriving from the rewinder downstream of the forming line, and eliminate defects by longitudinal cutting and rewinding to deliver reels completely free of defects for delivery. The Doctor Rewinder is also equipped with options such as the double screen for a more effective removal of defects and a metal detector, to eliminate any potential metal contaminants.
